Hope During The Holidays

"For it is in giving that we receive" 

At Dando Esperanza our "Hope During The Holidays" aims to make the holidays special for as many families as possible. This annual project is near to our heart and it is easy to see why. Each year we collect donations of new and gently used clothes, shoes and toys. Parents can come and pick up clothes, shoes and other basic necessities while their kids enjoy a holiday party. We have games, prizes, cake, ice cream and piñatas. Each year we see more kids show up and participate, our goal is for every kid to walk away with one prize, their fill of ice cream and cake and a backpack full of school supplies and most importantly a smile.

Please contact us if you have items to donate and we will schedule a pick-up (in the Los Angeles, CA area) and an in person appearance from our mascot Leo to show our gratitude.  We also accept monetary donations to contribute towards the party, the many toys and prizes, and transportation of donations to Guatemala. Dando Esperanza sends boxes with all donations by October 1st every year to give ample time to arrive in Guatemala.
